Our UK deliveries take place Monday to Saturday.
Next day delivery
Orders placed and confirmed before 14:00 (GMT) will be shipped the same day for next day delivery.
Orders placed after 14:00 (GMT) will be shipped the following day.
Orders placed after 14:00 (GMT) on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Standard UK orders take 3 to 5 working days to be delivered.
Our international deliveries take place Monday to Friday.
– Deliveries to Europe will take between 5 to 10 working days to be delivered.
– Deliveries outside of Europe will take between 10 to 15 working days to be delivered.
Order confirmation and tracking
All customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once an order has been processed. If you haven’t received a confirmation email or the tracking link doesn’t work, please email customer services at email@example.com
We are currently working on a sizing chart which will be available shortly but please note that all goods are slightly fitted to suit Daniels style.

Returns and exchanges
RICCIARDO Merchandise accepts returns of any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all tags still intact within 30 days of receipt of order. Find out more in our returns section.
All of our deliveries are tracked. Once all orders are confirmed, each customer will receive a tracking link via email. If you have placed an order with us but haven’t received a tracking link, please email the customer services department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn goods which are returned to us within a reasonable time, however terms apply.
We offer free UK exchanges and refunds on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition (Including all packaging and labelling), within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of order with the exception of those that have been subject to free shipping offer and are being returned for a monetary refund.

Once the goods have been received and approved we will process a refund which will take 5 to 10 working days to return to your account.
If the item you have received is faulty, please email the customer service team at email@example.com with your order number or information on where the item was bought. It is in your right to request a full refund on faulty items within 6 months of purchase – this does not affect your statutory rights.
